Support worker

As a support worker, you are passionate to encouraging and guiding participants towards independence, working with a wide age group and behaviours, the BJ Care Services team is willing to teach, learn and grow in a participants life. Alongside the improvement to our participants, we believe in creating opportunities for our staff. With friendly competition, new exterior experiences and position opportunities, we ensure that you are also cared for as a valued staff.
