What if I’m a student?
Employees are encouraged to apply with at least 2 years of experience in the disability sector, preferably with Complex Behaviour. However, if you are a student, we offer the opportunity to work with us while continuing your studies.
We appreciate and welcome students who are interested in learning and compassionate towards following our pillars:

What qualifications or experience do I need to work at BJ Care Services?
We welcome individuals with various levels of experience in care services. While having qualifications in disability or behaviours of concern is beneficial, we also provide on-the-job training for those who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
